Sales Executive
Precision 360 is a distributor of Tsugami CNC solutions. The Tsugami family of CNC solutions is known globally for its high precision, speed, and rigidity in the complex small parts solutions market. Our Sales Executives maintain high technical proficiency in work holding, tooling and machine processes to deliver the best consultative solutions approach. The Sales Executive is supported by a team of Application Engineers and Field Service Technicians to deliver best-in-class customer experiences during the life of a Tsugami machine tool.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for overall territory management, achievement of equipment sales goals, profitability and account management within the assigned product lines.
- Develop and implement comprehensive territory plans by account to increase revenue and secure new business.
- Target and develop both new account opportunities as well as convert competitive customers to Tsugami solutions
- Provide accurate and timely monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Maintain existing business including ensuring accounts remain contractually relevant, including accounts receivables, and incremental business is achieved.
- Resolve customer concerns through accurate and timely investigations; swiftly develop and implement corrective actions to ensure outstanding service for our customers and clients.
- Travel up to 50% dependent on territory geography and need, including overnight travel.
- Possess and maintain a high technical proficiency of the machine tool industry, the Tsugami products, as well as its competitors.
- Become a trusted advisor and educate customers on products, concepts, & industry trends to drive greater Tsugami market adoption.
- Develop brand loyal champions.
- Conduct superior sales presentations, product evaluations, collect detailed data points, and focus on service to drive customer conversions.
- Function as Project Manager to manage and plan entire product implementation post-sale securing and collaborating with appropriate resources for project from contract to shipment.
- Attend industry conventions and trade shows (national and regional)
- Provide product feedback to VP Sales and Marketing including customer feedback on product enhancements and competitive developments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience demonstrated experience.
- Excellent sales skills with proven track record of success in B2B environments
- Formal sales training programs completed (IE: SPIN, Challenger, Miller Heiman, IMPACT selling, etc.) Preferred, but not required.
- A curious and competitive drive, demonstrated by company awards and solid rankings.
- High level of technical skill as demonstrated in prior experience and education.
- Ability to communicate effectively and articulate offerings tailored to customer needs.
- High integrity and ethical thought processes
- Sales leadership experience highly regarded.
Compensation: $60,000 base salary plus $90,000 in commission at plan. $150,000 OTE (On-Target-Earnings). Higher earning potential with uncapped commissions. Additional bonuses & incentive programs upon reaching certain goals
